This unusual time piece is made from two wood patterns. The larger black one is a half of a narrow spool and has the word “GAUL” stamped on it. The other is a small jagged gear. Together, with a simple set of hands, they make a lovely clock and a not-so-subtle reminder of the past. Maker: Wendy Eidson
